ACH Food Companies, Inc., Memphis, Tenn., is recalling "Patak's® Rich Tomato and Onion Cooking Sauce Dopiaza ( Mild )" and "Patak's® Dopiaza Curry Cooking Sauce Mild" because they may contain milk that is not listed as an ingredient.
The recall only applies to products sold in the United States. The sauce is distributed nationally through retail stores and has a "Best By Date" on or before February 2010.
People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk may run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
Anyone concerned about an allergic reaction should contact their health professional immediately.
